» To identify a village by each of the Assam Police Battalions
» To carry out survey of educational, economic and social conditions of the villagers.
» To identify feasible and existing developmental schemes based on locally available resources and expertise.
» To hold regular meeting with the villagers, developmental agencies to formulate strategy.
» Provide training.
» Organise Awareness Programmes.
» Encourage all children to attend primary and middle level schools without dropping out.
